We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Singapore to deliver new features and enhance existing systems on our exciting new social e-commerce app.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, improving and maintaining our web & mobile applications, third-party data integration and backend systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year hands-on experience in Java or React
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or any related technical field
  • Strong development, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion in dynamic start-up environment, be willing to take the initiatives and open to continuous learning
  • Candidates with 4 or more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior position
  • Experience with E-Commerce and Logistic will be an advantage
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin Speaking Preferred (in order to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the design and development of web & mobile applications)

We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our client’s IT Team. You will be responsible for the server side of our web applications.

If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
  • Write clean code to develop functional web applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Perform UI tests to optimize performance
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
  • Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
  • Gather and address technical and design requirements
  • Provide training and support to internal teams
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
  • Follow emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin Speaking Preferred (in order to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the design and development of web & mobile applications)
